Josh came to me incidentally when I inquired about a house on Zillow. After about two minutes of wariness, during which I lobbed mildly antagonistic questions at him, I completely relaxed. We just closed on the house yesterday, and I can easily say that Josh was flawless. He's competent without being arrogant. He's responsive without being fawning. He's knowledgeable without flattening you with his ideas. In a word, he meets the Goldilocks standard of being "just right." The other noteworthy thing about Josh is that he offers (but does not require that you accept) the services of a deeply committed team of other experts that have worked together for years. The lender and legal team completed the entire fast-tracked jumbo loan process almost seamlessly. The others clearly respect Josh and want to keep working with him, which works to the buyer's advantage! On top of excelling at all the transactional tasks, Josh offers help even when the request is way outside his direct responsibility. He leaves you feeling like it actually matters to him that you get what you want. Oh, and did I mention that he's got a great attitude and optimistic spirit? You can't go wrong with this guy at your side.
